Most people are low in magnesium, which is an essential nutrient that can help with sleep by regulating our nervous system. This drink also contains other ingredients that help support sleep, like inositol and tart cherry extract.
This drink is similar to Just Ingredients' other classic Strawberry Limeade flavored drink powders - think sweet strawberry with a hint of tangy lime. It also contains a little tart cherry juice, which contains naturally occurring amounts of melatonin and tryptophan, which can result in increased relaxation and better sleep.
This night time drink is best consumed in cold or ice cold water. It's not meant to be a warm wind down drink, but rather a sweet tooth satisfying drink the whole family can enjoy. If your littles find the drink to be too tart, try adding a little more water to balance out the tart cherry juice!
Shake
Add 1 scoop of nighttime relax with 8 oz. of water into a shaker bottle and shake. Drink in the evening.
Stir
Add 1 scoop of nighttime relax with 8 oz. of water into a cup and stir. Drink in the evening.
