Refund policy

We love for you to be happy with your purchase and will work to solve any problem you have with our products. With that said we'd like to note that anything you return cannot be reused.

We are a small company working hard to keep our customers happy. We are passionate about what we do and would love to work through the issue with you.

If you are not open to that this is our return policy. 

Send an email to melaniesnutrition@gmail.com within 21 days stating your concern with the product. We will work to answer any questions and make sure you are using the product in the best way that allows your skin to adjust to a product. Please note that all samples are non-refundable. If you are still unsatisfied and have received approval from us in an email, you may return your products for store credit or a refund for the full amount you paid for the items minus all shipping, within 21 days of the product being delivered by the carrier. We will not refund or credit for shipping charges. An additional $8 shipping fee will be applied to all returns.
