Discover simple and effective ways to use herbs in your daily routine with this three-part hands-on series.
Whether you’re just beginning or looking to deepen your herbal knowledge, this series will give you practical experience in working with herbs from garden to remedy.
Week 1 (April 22nd) – Learn the foundations of planting, growing, harvesting, and preserving herbs. You’ll transplant your own collection of herb seedlings to take home, giving you a head start on building your herbal garden.
Week 2 (April 29th) – Explore the world of tinctures and extracts. You’ll create two herbal extracts to take home, along with instructions for completing the process.
Week 3 (May 6th) – Learn how to make herbal teas, fomentations, and poultices. You’ll also create an herbal oil infusion and turn it into a balm to take home.
The cost for the full three-part series is $199, with a take-home value of $285 in herbs, extracts, and balms. Through this series, you’ll build confidence in using herbs while also embracing the importance of nurturing yourself so you can better care for those around you.
