Footbath Friday

Your summer reset starts at your feet.

Sunscreen. Bug spray. Sweat. Pool days. Camping. Gardening. Travel. Summer fun can come with a lot of extra “stuff” for the body to process. That’s why we’re hosting Footbath Friday, a relaxing ionic footbath session created to support your body’s natural detox pathways and help you feel refreshed, lighter, and more relaxed.

This is a great little summer reset if you’ve been feeling:
• heavy or sluggish
• tired from summer heat and activity
• exposed to extra sunscreen, bug spray, pool chemicals, dust, or outdoor pollutants
• ready for a quiet moment to recharge

Sit back, soak your feet, and give yourself a peaceful reset.
