This class will be taught by Laurel Fetzer, a dietician from Murray, Utah.

In this class, we’ll explore the many aspects of brain health, starting with the foundations of good sleep and a balanced morning routine.

You’ll learn how steady blood sugar supports energy and focus, why regulating your autonomic nervous system is key for mental clarity, and how movement nourishes your brain as much as your body.

We’ll also cover practical ways to reduce environmental toxins that can impact brain function.

Whether you want to sharpen your thinking, protect your memory, or simply feel more energized, you’ll leave with actionable tools to help your brain thrive.
