At Melanie's Health & Nutrition, we believe great marketing starts with understanding our customers. That's why this position combines working directly with customers in our store with taking responsibility for helping us reach more people in our community.
As part of our wellness team, you'll help customers discover natural health products, answer questions, and provide the friendly, personal service Melanie's is known for. We're looking for someone who already has a good foundation in natural health, whether that knowledge comes from education, work experience, personal study, or simply a lifelong passion for wellness. You'll also continue learning through our training program.
Your primary area of responsibility will be coordinating our marketing efforts. When you're not helping customers or assisting with store operations, you'll focus on finding creative ways to bring more people through our doors. This includes social media, content creation, promoting events and products, and helping us understand which marketing efforts are making a difference.
You won't be starting from scratch. We have marketing plans, systems, and goals already in place. But we want someone who can bring fresh ideas, take ownership of projects, follow through, and help us continually improve.
We're a small, locally owned business, which means every team member matters. If you're someone who enjoys learning, sees what needs to be done, and gets excited about making things better, this could be a wonderful opportunity to grow with us.
You don't need a marketing degree or years of professional experience to be successful in this position. But we are looking for someone who has some hands-on experience with social media or other marketing activities and understands that good marketing is about more than creating attractive posts.
Maybe you've managed social media for a small business, helped promote events, created content for an organization, or worked on growing an online audience. We'd love to hear what you've done, what you've learned, and what results you've seen.
Even more importantly, we're looking for someone who's curious, willing to learn, and open to new ideas. We value people who take the time to understand what's already working before suggesting changes, and who aren't afraid to bring their own creativity and ideas to the table.
✔ Create and schedule engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and other marketing channels.
✔ Help plan and promote store events, classes, products, and special promotions.
✔ Respond to social media comments and messages and help build relationships with our community.
✔ Work with our existing marketing plans and systems while looking for ways to improve them.
✔ Monitor results, including social media performance and customer traffic, to help us understand what's working.
✔ Bring creative ideas, ask thoughtful questions, and help us reach both new and existing customers.
✔ Understand how our different marketing efforts, including social media, print advertising, and in-store promotions, work together.
✔ Follow our marketing guidelines, including communicating accurate information about natural health products.
You'll also be an important part of our wellness team. Helping customers is always a priority, and your experience in the store will help you better understand the people we're trying to reach through marketing.

✔ Share your knowledge of herbs, supplements, nutrition, and other natural health options while continuing to learn through our training program.
✔ Build relationships with customers by providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
✔ Operate the register, answer phones, and assist with everyday store operations.
✔ Help receive merchandise, stock shelves, fulfill orders, and keep the store organized.
✔ Check emails and get products ready to ship out

We're looking for someone who is excited to contribute to a growing business and willing to put in the effort to make a difference.
Natural Health Knowledge: You already have a good foundation in natural health. That knowledge might come from formal education, certifications, work experience, herbalism, nutrition, or years of personal study. We're interested in what you know and how you learned it.
Marketing Experience: You have some practical experience creating content, using social media for marketing, promoting events, or helping a business or organization reach more people. A degree isn't required, but we do want someone who understands that marketing should produce results.
Teachable and Curious: You're willing to learn how we do things, understand what's already working, and build on that foundation. You ask questions, welcome feedback, and enjoy learning new skills.
Creative and Resourceful: You bring fresh ideas, look for opportunities, and enjoy finding better ways to accomplish goals.

Comfortable With Retail Work: You can be on your feet for much of your shift, handle the physical demands of the job, and work the required schedule, including rotating Saturdays.

At Auminay Naturals, we create natural skincare products in small batches, and we're looking for people who would love to learn how it's done. As a Production Apprentice, you'll work alongside our team during a six-week paid training program, learning how to mix, fill, label, and prepare our products while developing the skills needed to help us grow.
You don't need manufacturing experience to get started. We're looking for someone who's dependable, careful, eager to learn, and takes pride in doing things well.
The apprenticeship is expected to be approximately 20–30 hours per week, combining hands-on production with structured training in natural skincare ingredients and manufacturing practices. Future employment opportunities may become available as Auminay Naturals grows, but are not guaranteed.
Part-time, 10 Hours/Week - Compensation Salary + Performance-based Bonuses
This role is perfect for someone who loves social media marketing, influencer outreach, and engaging with online communities while also being focused on driving measurable business results.
It is also important to have an interest in learning about natural remedies, herbs, homeopathy, etc. since this person will be creating content on these topics.
