Suggested Use:

The versatile BF&C Powder can be used in several different ways:

• Encapsulating: Fill capsules with the desired amount of powder.

• Infusion or Tea: Use 1 teaspoon per cup of distilled water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, steep for 20 minutes, strain, and drink.

• Decoction: Simmer 1 ounce of herbs in 1.5 pints of water for 20-30 minutes, strain, and press the herbs to extract liquid.

• Fomentation: Soak a piece of cloth in the herbal infusion or decoction, apply to the affected area, and change periodically.
