Hi, I’m Lynnell — a heart-led energy practitioner passionate about helping people release the emotional baggage that’s been quietly shaping their lives. Through The Emotion Code®, I gently guide clients in identifying and clearing trapped emotions that may be affecting their physical health, emotional well-being, or overall balance. 

My own journey into energy healing began with a deep desire to get to the root of persistent patterns — for myself and others. I believe healing doesn’t have to be harsh to be powerful. The process we’ll go through together is safe, compassionate, and often surprisingly light. It’s incredible what can shift when your body is finally free to let go.
