Bryanna Hazelwood is Tooele Midwifery's owner and lead midwife. She is a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) and licensed to practice in the state of Utah (LDEM). In addition, Bryanna is the elected President for Utah Midwives Organization, volunteers as the American Indian & Alaskan Native Advocate on Utah's Maternal and Infant Mortality review committees, and works as the Clinical Assessment Coordinator & Skills Competency Instructor for her alumni university, Midwives College of Utah (MCU).

She is a single mom of two strong-willed daughters who were born at home and a proud member of the American Indian Ponca Tribe of Nebraska. In her free time, Bryanna enjoys reading, snowboarding, puzzles, disc golfing and anything outdoors with her boyfriend and kids.

Bryanna believes strongly in the natural processes of birth, as well as it's normal variations. Every pregnancy and birth is different and therefore; she believes each client deserves individualized care. Bryanna hopes to do her part in improving childbirth care in her community by providing culturally competent and evidence informed practices, where clients feel empowered to make holistic health choices for their family.
