Beth Young

 

Beth has been educating, inspiring, and empowering clients for years with simple, yet powerful, changes that can come from applying her science-based 5 Pillars of Health approach. (Nutrition, movement, social connection, restorative sleep and mindfulness.) She offers whole-body alignment classes, individual & group coaching and is a dynamic speaker and teacher. Beth is trained in several evidence-based emotional resilience programs that she provides to teen and adult groups; she volunteers at the local senior center and correctional facility teaching resilience and tai chi; is a master gardener and a certified tai chi instructor. She loves helping people live well and experience the great calm, one simple change at a time.
