Asian Jicama Salad

2-4 cups spinach, ripped

1 cucumber sliced (with a #5 cone if you have a SaladMaster)

½ jicama chopped in thin strips (or grate with a #2 cone if you have a SaladMaster)

2-3 tablespoons rice vinegar

2-3 tablespoons liquid aminos

1-2 tablespoons sesame oil

Sesame seeds for garnish

Directions
Simply prepare each ingredient and then mix them together.
