We use ancient sea salt with the coffee in combination with plant-based oils and then add a lovely mix of essential oils to compliment and lift the scents of a kitchen, with a mix of natural cooking smells including rosemary, lemongrass, spearmint and clove.

After becoming aware of alternative therapies she worked to change to a healthier lifestyle and learn about herbs.
