This is a free class, but you do have to pre-register so that we can send you the link to the class in Zoom.

This class will be held online. You may participate in the DIY project at the end by having the ingredients ready so you can do your project at home during the class and ask any questions as we go.

Do you want to better understand how the immune system works? In this online class, we will discuss the different parts of the immune system. We will also dig into immune-supporting herbs and how different herbs work to support different parts of the immune system.

This class will be similar to the classes we have done in the store previously, just on Zoom instead of in person. Come with your questions and paper to take notes. This will be a safe learning environment where we can discuss topics that will help to increase your personal understanding of herbs and health.

In the final part of this class, we will create two different types of elderberry syrup. You can choose to create one or both formulas along with me at home. If you would like to create your formula at home as I demonstrate you will need the following ingredients and equipment:

Option 1

*Dried elderberries
*Honey
*Ginger root (optional)
*Cinnamon sticks (optional)
Medium saucepan that is not aluminum
Strainer/Sieve
Muslin or cheesecloth (or even a coffee filter or paper towel can work)
Jar with lid

Option 2

*Dried elderberries
*Peppermint Leaves
*Yarrow Leaves
Medium saucepan that is not aluminum
Strainer/Sieve
Muslin or cheesecloth (or even a coffee filter or paper towel can work)
Jar with lid
