It’s not really hard to have a healthy gut, but it does take getting back to some basics. When our gut is healthy, the effects are bigger than you may realize.
Our gut is often referred to our second brain because it is so involved in our everyday well-being.
In this class we will discuss foods that will help your digestive system move more efficiently. We will also discuss the balance of healthy flora and the action of enzymes in your digestive process.
As a fun DIY addition to the class we will learn to make coconut kefir and coconut kefir yogurt. You may choose to participate by either listening and learning, or by getting the ingredients and making your own with me.
