This is a free class, but you do have to pre-register so that we can send you the link to the class in Zoom.
This class will be held online. You may participate in the DIY project at the end by having the ingredients ready so you can do your project at home during the class and ask any questions as we go.
The gut is often referred to as the second brain because of how it affects our immune function, brain function and so much more. Helping your gut to be healthy can make a huge difference in how you feel.
In this class, we will discuss lifestyle changes you can make to increase the health of your gut. We will also touch on herbs, probiotics, and enzymes that can nourish and balance the gut.
In the last part of this class, we will be making three great probiotic foods. You may just watch and learn or gather the ingredients and DIY this project right along with me during the class.
Project #1 – Coconut Water Kefir
What you will need for this project:
*8-12 oz. Coconut Water
*4 tablespoons inner-ēco™ Original Probiotic Coconut Water
Quart Jar and lid
Project #2 – Coconut Kefir Yogurt
What you need for this project:
*8 oz. of inner-ēco™ 100% Fresh Frozen Puréed Young Coconut (contents of one bag)
*2 tablespoons inner-ēco™ Original Probiotic Coconut Water
*1/4-1/2 cup coconut water
Quart Mason jar
