This is a free class, but you do have to pre-register so that we can send you the link to the class in Zoom.
This class will be held online. You may participate in the DIY project at the end by having the ingredients ready so you can do your project at home during the class and ask any questions as we go.
Stress can be a huge factor that contributes to anxiety and depression, which can be debilitating. There can be other factors as well.
We will focus on factors that can help you deal with stress, anxiety, and depression more efficiently. Some of our focuses will be on diet and herbs, gut health, exercise, self-talk, homeopathy, and aromatherapy.
This will be an interactive discussion as we focus on empowering yourself to deal with these emotional and physical challenges.
The last part of the class will focus on a DIY project where you can create your own aromatherapy blend. You may just watch and gather information, or create your own blend with us during the class. We will soon post the ingredients for this project so that you will know what ingredients you need if you are going to create the project during the class.
