Meet the Presenters

Beth Young

Beth is passionate about healthy living and empowering others to take control of their health.  She knows personally that it’s never too late to make changes that will improve your life. That’s how her business, 5 Pillars of Health, was born. She was a busy wife and mother of 5 kids and tired of her 15 year battle with chronic headaches.  She discovered that a few simple changes, which become part of your life style, can impact the quality and quantity of your life in a big way.  It’s NEVER too late.

When not teaching Tai Chi or giving healthy living seminars, Beth, a master gardener, can be found working in her garden or the garden of others; hiking; cycling or enjoying time with her kids and grandkids.

5 Pillars of Health

Dr. Danielle Moorad, PT, DPT, LAT, ATC, CAFS, Cert DN 1 & 2.

Danielle’s goal is to provide customized plans to get her patients fit, happy, and doing the things that they love.

When she is not in the clinic, Danielle can be found enjoying the great outdoors: mountain biking, rock climbing, snowboarding, and hiking with her husband and their dogs. Occasionally, you may also find her wearing a kilt and throwing heavy objects far distances as she competes in the Scottish Highland Games. She also enjoys working on art projects, home DIY, and putting out fires her husband started trying to make nachos.
